Christian Schank is the founder and lead Attorney of Schank Family Law, one of the most recognized divorce and family law firms in the state of California. Christian has gained a reputation for assembling a premier team of skilled family law attorneys and professionals who help clients get through some of life’s toughest challenges.
Although universally known as a family law Attorney, he began his practice managing California’s largest criminal defense firm. With his experience in criminal defense, Christian honed the skills of negotiation, strategy, and litigation that has given him, and by extension his team, an advantage in the handling of family law cases. His success in family law led him to exclusively handle family law cases, where he has been guiding his team at Schank Family Law for over 20 years. Christian and his team have represented professional athletes, seven-figure business owners with operations spanning internationally, and were retained in the high-profile guardianship case involving Ariel Winter of the hit sitcom “Modern Family.”
Christian Schank received his Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) from the University of La Verne Law School in 2003. Prior to law school, he received an undergraduate degree in Business Management from BYU Marriott School of Business.
Outside of work, Christian spends most of his time with his wife, their four children, and one grandson. In his spare time, he enjoys spearfishing and diving for lobster.
