Vicky Tran joined the Law Offices of Christian Schank & Associates in 2015. Ms. Tran has multiple years of experience in family law, and has practiced family law in various counties in Northern California.
In 2009, Ms. Tran completed her undergraduate education at the University of the Pacific, located in Stockton, California, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2013 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, located in Sacramento, California.
During law school, Ms. Tran gained experience in various areas of law, including landlord-tenant, labor, bankruptcy, and family law. Ms. Tran ultimately decided to pursue a career in family law. In Summer 2010, Ms. Tran studied abroad in Austria under Associate Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and Oxford University Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott, earning an International Legal Studies Certificate in Fundamental Rights in Europe and the United States. Before graduating, Ms. Tran earned a Capital Commendation for Public Service Certificate for Admirable Commitment for her service to low-income individuals in the Sacramento community.
Ms. Tran was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013. She is a member of the Sacramento and Placer County Bar Associations.
Ms. Tran grew up in the Bay Area, and currently resides in Sacramento, California. Ms. Tran is actively involved in the community, including volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Child Advocates of Placer County. In her free time, Ms. Tran enjoys attending cycle classes, cooking and baking, and reading fiction novels.
